What's my order process?

Your order is processed as soon as it is placed. Shipping details will be sent by email in 1-5 business days by one our employees. If you have any questions, please contact us at a@xangelawang.com.

Do you ship to multiple addresses? 
We currently do not offer this option.  If you would like items to go to separate addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address.
The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
Don't worry! If one of our product is out of stock, sign up for a back in stock alert, so we’ll send you an email when it’s back in stock!
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours. If we have already shipped out your item, kindly wait until your products arrive, and ship it back to us.
If you would like to exchange your items, please place a new order of the desired items. We will respond as soon as possible at a@xangelawang.com.
I didn't receive an email confirmation?
If you have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours of placing your order, and the confirmation email is not in your junk/spam inbox, please contact us at a@xangelawang.com and we’ll get back to you shortly.

I received different pricing details in my shipment?
This situation may happen if you live outside of the United States. When shipping to customers outside of the USA, we are often required to include customs costs and/or a shipment invoice in your package. The pricing details vary depending on the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
